Sam Rogers Personal Coaching • Become more

You know
you’re capable of more.

Personal coaching for young adults, athletes, and anyone ready to find direction, own their strengths, and take the next step.

Start with a conversation.
You don’t need all the answers.

Sam Rogers

Sound familiar?

Doing well.
Still looking for direction?

You can have talent, work hard, and still feel unsure about what comes next.

Your work has become your identity.

You know what you do. You’re less sure who you are beyond the job, the role, or the sport.

The next step feels out of reach.

You keep thinking about a change. Fear and self-doubt keep talking you out of it.

Success doesn’t feel like fulfillment.

You’re achieving things, but want your work, relationships, and everyday choices to mean more.

Winning isn’t enough.

You’ve had success on the field or at work. It still doesn’t feel like what you were made for.

You’ve had success on the field or at work. It still doesn’t feel like what you were made for.

Meet Sam Rogers

I know what it’s like to feel stuck.

I’ve been around coaches my whole life, from playing three sports in high school to Division I football. I’ve seen talented people lose confidence under the pressure to perform. I’ve experienced it myself.

That’s why I care about more than what you achieve. I want to help you understand who you are, use what you’ve been given, and take ownership of where you go next.

3 Sports

Played at a nationally ranked high school program

D1 Football

Played at the highest level of college football

Including a strength coach who trained under Nick Saban

The approach

You hold the reins.

You bring your experiences, gifts, and goals. I bring honest questions and the challenge to follow through. I won’t tell you who to become or pretend to have all the answers. We work toward answers you can own.

You already have
something to build on.

I think of coaching as a journey. My role is to help you see where you are, decide where you want to go, and take responsibility for the next step.

01 / Clarity

Look beyond the job.

Understand your gifts, what matters to you, and the reasons behind your decisions.

02 / Habits

Make growth a practice.

Build everyday habits that support the person you want to become.

03 / Discipline

Keep going with intention.

Learn to follow through when motivation comes and goes.

04 / Ownership

Make the next step yours.

Accountability starts with your own choices. Take ownership, then agree on support that helps you follow through.

Ways to work together

Your goals.
Your way forward.

Whether you’re navigating a decision, building better habits, or growing with others, coaching gives you space to find clarity, use your strengths, and take a meaningful next step.

Getting started

A conversation.
Then a next step.

It starts with a real conversation. We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re working through, and how coaching can help you move forward.

  1. 01

    Make the introduction.

Start a conversation with Sam. You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to reach out.

  2. 02

    Talk about where you are.

Share what’s on your mind, what you want to change, and what you hope coaching could help with.

  3. 03

    Decide what comes next.

If it feels like a good fit, agree on how to work together and a next step that makes sense for you.

A place to begin

Discover
your strengths.

A short reflection guide to help you notice what comes naturally, recognize your gifts, and think about how to use them with intention.

A guide for reflection, not the CliftonStrengths assessment.
I use CliftonStrengths as a supporting tool. Coaching is where we work on understanding your strengths and putting them into practice.

    Before we talk

    A few
    fair questions.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. Here’s a little more about what to expect.

No. Coaching is for young adults, athletes, and anyone ready to find direction, own their strengths, and take the next step.

No. Coaching focuses on where you are now and the steps you want to take next. If something would be better served by a licensed professional, we will talk about that honestly.

No. Coaching works toward answers you can own. You are welcome exactly as you are.

You don’t need to choose a format before we talk. Session structure, timing, and fees can be discussed in the introductory conversation.

That’s okay. You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to reach out. We start with a real conversation about where you are.

    Your next chapter starts here

    You don’t have to
    see the whole path.

Start with what’s on your mind.
Let’s work out the next step together.
