About Sam Rogers

Coach. Athlete.
Still learning.

Here’s who you’d be working with.

From three high school sports to Division I football, Sam has spent his life around coaches. Now he helps others find direction, own their strengths, and take the next step.

My story

I know what it’s like to feel stuck.

I’ve been around coaches my whole life, from playing three sports in high school to Division I football. I’ve seen talented people lose confidence under the pressure to perform. I’ve experienced it myself.

That’s why I care about more than what you achieve. I want to help you understand who you are, use what you’ve been given, and take ownership of where you go next.

3 Sports

Played at a nationally ranked high school program

D1 Football

Played at the highest level of college football

Including a strength coach who trained under Nick Saban

What I believe

Your worth isn’t
your performance.

Results matter. They just aren’t the whole story of who you are.

Coaching with Sam starts with the person, not the scoreboard: your gifts, your relationships, your choices, and who you’re becoming.

01

Identity first.

Know who you are beyond the job, the role, or the sport.

02

Strengths over fixes.

Build on what comes naturally instead of chasing every weakness.

03

Ownership grows people.

The next step works best when it’s truly yours.

The journey

From the field
to your corner.

Years of competing, being coached, and coaching others shaped how Sam works today.

  1. Three-sport athlete.

“Talent was never the whole answer.”

Competed at a nationally ranked high school program and learned what pressure does to confidence.

  2. Division I football.

“Who am I when the game ends?”

Played at the highest level of college football, surrounded by coaches who shaped how he leads.

  3. Coaching people.

    “What’s your next step?”

Now helps young adults, athletes, and professionals find direction and follow through.

Your next chapter starts here

You don’t have to
see the whole path.

Start with what’s on your mind.
Let’s work out the next step together.
